This report is part of a comprehensive independent review for the Department for Work and Pensions which evaluates the impact of changes to the Local Housing Allowance system of Housing Benefit introduced from April 2011.
IFS researchers contributed to the report, analysing the impact of Local Housing Association reforms on entitlements, rents and property type for new claimants. This chapter summarises the findings of the report.
