Bonnie joined in 2003 and is the Head of Communications, managing the communications team to ensure the research achieves a wide and enduring impact.

Dermot joined the IFS in 2019 and is responsible for digital strategy and delivery across the organisation.

Greg is the Events and Communications Manager in the communications team at IFS.

Kirsty is Press and Communications Manager. She focusses on disseminating the organisations' research to the media and on social media.

Rozeena joined IFS in 2022 as the Events Coordinator, she ensures that a wide variety of events are marketed, organized and administered successfully.

Amy is a communications assistant who supports the communications team with digital content and publishing IFS research.

Amy is a Communications Officer who works on digital content and strategy, publications, external communications and press.

Alex joined the IFS in 2019 and works on publishing new research and developing digital channels for the IFS.

Emma is Head of Operations at IFS. She is responsible for the dissemination of research findings to academic and policy audiences.

Slav is a chartered accountant and has been with the IFS since 2020.  He trained at Mazars LLP and worked at Met Film as a financial controller.

Joined in 2023 after previously gaining experience with two other accountancy firms. She is currently studying towards the ACA qualification.

Delina is the HR Administrator at IFS.

Dorothy is the office administrator and personal assistant to the director at the IFS.

Zoe is Head of Data Services. She joined the IFS in 1998 as a researcher and moved into Data Services in 2011.

Lizza is Head of Research Services and responsible for the development and management of the research grants portfolio across the organisation.

Yani is Programme Director for TaxDev, and works with government partners and researchers on tax policy in low- and middle-income countries.

Richard is Senior Project Manager for TaxDev, responsible for supporting overall delivery of the programme.

Emily manages grants such as the Impact Acceleration Account, and coordinates funding proposals.

Will joined IFS in 2023 and coordinates the process of recording and presenting outputs for both external funders and internal monitoring purposes.

Madeleine joined the IFS in 2024 and is responsible for overseeing pre-award functions within the Research Service team.
