Senior Project Manager- Centre for Tax Analysis in Developing Countries (TaxDev)
Richard is Senior Project Manager for TaxDev. TaxDev aims to contribute to more effective tax policymaking in low- and middle-income countries through partnerships with governments and researchers. Richard supports overall delivery of the programme.
Richard has 12 years’ experience supporting global development projects and programmes. Prior to joining the IFS he has previously worked on: institutional funding at the Fred Hollows Foundation, programme management at ODI, as a volunteer at the Cambodian Mine Action Centre and supporting Ministers in the UK Department for Education.
