The IFS Green Budget 2023, in association with Citi and with funding from the Nuffield Foundation, assesses the state of the UK economy and the government's fiscal position as inflation comes down from its peak and attention turns towards next year's general election. The headline findings from chapters covering the macroeconomy and risks to the public finances were presented at this event.
