Note: Scenarios are produced assuming that the number of treated patients and new patients joining the waiting list as a share of 2019 levels in the same month grows at a constant growth rate from the average between September and November 2022 to the chosen share of 2019 levels for March 2025. See Tables 1 and 2 for details on the assumptions on the number of new patients joining the waiting list and the number of patients treated each month. We also assume that the share of patients leaving the waiting list each month for reasons other than treatment remains at 3% for the whole period.
