Justine is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Sciences Po, Paris, and a Research Associate at IFS. Before that, she was a Postdoc at MIT between 2021 and 2024, after a PhD from PSE. Her work is at the intersection of Development and Public Economics and mostly centered around state capacity in developing countries. She is a J-PAL Invited Researcher and the coordinator of the ANR project AFREGOV.
