Post-Budget Briefing 2005

An opportunity to hear a considered view of the Chancellor's 2005 Budget announcements from Institute staff.

The Chancellor will make his Budget statement on Wednesday 16th March 2005. On Thursday 17th March, the day following the budget, the Institute for Fiscal Studies will be holding a lunchtime briefing at the IFS offices in London. The presentation will provide an opportunity to hear a considered view of the Chancellor's 2005 Budget announcements from Institute staff.

The briefing will take place between 1pm and 2pm and a sandwich lunch will be available beforehand. Places at this event are free of charge.
