Xavier Jaravel, an IFS Research Associate based at the London School of Economics, has won Le Monde's prize for the best young economist.
The Prize for the best young economist, created in 2000 by Le Monde and the Cercle des economistes, aims to recognize the work of a French economist under the age of 41. Jaravel is a specialist in the economics of innovation and inequalities.
