Kirill is the Edwin C. Voorhees Endowed Assistant Professor at UC Berkeley's Agricultural and Resource Economics department, with an affiliation at the Economics department. He received his PhD at Harvard in 2018 and spent a year as a postdoctoral researcher at Princeton's International Economics Section. He worked at UCL before joining UC Berkeley. His research covers topics in international trade and applied econometrics.
