Gregory is an Associate Professor for the Department of Economics at Royal Holloway, University of London and a Research Associate.
His research focuses on labor economics, human capital formation, and applied microeconometrics. He studies how education, skills, and labor market frictions affect earnings, health, and other life outcomes. His work combines structural models with reduced-form methods to address questions about the causal effects of education and the sources of wage inequality.
