Caitlin is a Lecturer with the Department of Economics at the University of Manchester. She has a Ph.D. in Economics from Georgetown University and previously worked as an Assistant Professor at the School of Public Policy at Central European University and a Consultant with the Development Research Group (DECRG) at the World Bank. Caitlin is an applied microeconomist who works on various issues related to economic development; namely, poverty measurement, intra-household inequality, gender, and health. Her work is primarily focused on sub-Saharan Africa and South-East Asia.
