Along with his work at IFS, Jakob is also affiliated with King's College London and the Economic Statistics Centre of Excellence.
Previously, he has worked at the Competition and Markets Authority's researched-focused Microeconomics Unit, the Office for National Statistics, the Cabinet Office (on secondment) and Nuffield College, University of Oxford. I hold degrees from the London School of Economics and Yale University.
