The Institute for Fiscal Studies has been awarded £1.25 million in flexible Impact Acceleration Account (IAA) funding from the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) over the next five years. Starting in April 2023, this 5-year award will allow IFS researchers to undertake significant impact and engagement activities, working with partners from policy, industry, government, business, third sector and academia.
IFS Director Paul Johnson is Principle Investigator, IFS Deputy Director and Head of Tax Helen Miller is Co-Investigator on the grant.
