Lynn Prince Cooke, FAcSS, is a Professor of Social Policy at the University of Bath, UK, and a Fellow at the WZB Berlin.  Her interests are in stratification at the intersection of gender, class, and family status, and she conducts comparative analyses using international secondary data sets and gathering primary experimental data. Her articles have been shortlisted four times for the Rosabeth Moss Kanter Award for excellence in work and family research, and she is currently the PI on NEWFAMSTRAT, a European Research Council Consolidator Grant (680958, 2016-2022) that explores within- and between-gender stratification at individual, couple, and employer levels. She also serves on the Board of RC19 on Poverty, Social Welfare and Social Policy of the International Sociological Association (2014-2022).
