David’s research covers household wealth, intergenerational transfers, social mobility, pensions taxation, and health and work at older ages.
David is Founder and Chair of the Gregson Family Foundation and of #BeeWell. He is a member of IFS's Nominations and Investment Committees.
Davide is a PhD Student at UCL, interested in political and development economics, focused on long-run growth, violence dynamics, and organized crime.
David is Head of Devolved and Local Government Finance. He also works on tax in developing countries as part of our TaxDev centre.
David is a Research Fellow of the IFS and a Professor at the University of British Columbia.
