Magdalena is a Research Economist at the IFS, working on the Transforming Justice Project and the Educations and Skills sector. Her research focuses on issues related to the economics of crime, networks, and place-based policies. She has studied organized crime groups in different settings, as well as the consequences of different policies deployed to dismantle them.
