Lucy Kraftman is a Research Economist at the Institute for Fiscal Studies. Her research interests are in human capital development, in high and low-income country settings. Particularly, she currently works on understanding the origins of health outcomes and education inequalities and how these inequalities effect individuals across their life-cycle.
