Gabriel Ulyssea is an Associate Professor in the Economics Department at University College London, a Research Fellow at the Institute for Fiscal Studies, Research Fellow at IZA and a Research Affiliate at CEPR. He received his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Chicago and his main research interests include economic development and labor economics. His current work focuses on informality, the labor market effects of labor regulations and trade and the role of firms in economic development.
